Customers will receive a tracking # as soon as the order has shipped.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are fulfilled in 1-3 business days.
Domestic Economy Shipping can take 5-8 business days
Domestic Standard Shipping can take 4-5 business days
International Shipping can take 5-15 business days
Do I need to pay an additional fee or tax for an international order?
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges, which are not included in the total price of your order at checkout.
- These fees are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Payment of these fees is required to release your order from customs.

What should I do if it has been a month since I received my order?
Send an email to merchandise@toprank.com or contact us through the online store’s contact form. Please give your full name and order #. You should receive a response within 24-48 hours.
Is it possible to cancel or edit my order after I have paid?
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at merchandise@toprank.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still return the item once it arrives, following our Return Policy.
