What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards: Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We also offer Amazon Pay and PayPal.

Can I edit my order after it is placed?

Most orders ship within 12-24 hours after being placed. Please contact us if you need to edit your order, but we may not be able to make changes.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge sales tax where required.

Can I buy in bulk?

Shipping:

When will my order ship after I place my order?

Most orders are shipped out within 12-24 hours during the business week.

How will my order ship?

You can select the shipping method on the checkout page, but we offer several expedited shipping options.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, if your order is over $50, you can select free shipping during checkout. Oversize items do not qualify for free shipping. For oversize items, we charge a reasonable shipping rate.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes, once your order ships you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only accept and ship orders in the USA.

Returns, Exchanges, & Replacements:

Can I return all or part of my order?

We accept returns of new, unused items with packaging attached within 60 days of your order. In most cases, we'll refund 100% of your order, but we do reserve the right to without up to 25% in restocking fees for irregular returns. Your refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving returned items and will not include original shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate a return.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for the correct size?

es, we want to make sure your items fit perfectly so we provide free exchanges for new items with packaging intact. We are not able to exchange used items or items without packaging.. Please contact us if you need to exchange sizes.

My item was defective or damaged, can I get a replacement?

Yes, we offer free replacements for defective and damaged items. Please contact us if you need a replacement.
